Watching the mainstream media go all in to reelect President Obama one may think the media is ridiculously partisan, and you'd be right.
The last few weeks have demonstrated this with the economy tanking, unemployment rising, a new U.S. credit downgrade coming (Moody's), and the media is reporting the Romney campaign is on death's door. Last week's riots in the Arab world and murders of U.S. diplomats in Libya, made big news and in reaction the left media is attacking Romney for his strong pro-American and anti-Obama foreign policy remarks. They even have applauded the Obama administration attack on free speech (even arresting the film's creator) and its blame on an obscure film for anti U.S. attacks.
Where was the media reminding us that Obama said years ago that he'd usher in a new era of good feeling with Muslims? Or telling us his foreign policy is a disaster for America?
The biased twisting of this campaign and the choices for America is the ultimate in irresponsibility. You'd think with all their efforts Romney would be sunk, but strangely he's not. Like Ronald Reagan, George H. W. Bush, Bob Dole, George W. Bush and John McCain the media attacks, libels and slanders are an attempt to fool the American people. Our job is to make sure they don't succeed.
Per ABC 13, Harris County Attorney Vince Ryan Not Doing His Job!
ABC 13 in Houston last week ran a three-part investigation led by Wayne Dolcefino which castigates Democratic County Attorney Vince Ryan for failing to do anything about the allegedly corrupt Democratic Constable Victor Trevino.
This is only the latest scandal about the self-described watchdog. He has been criticized for mismanagement, rampant cronyism, diversion of toll road funds for self-aggrandizing projects like his dog movie, for consulting contracts with friends and quite simply for failing in doing the everyday tasks of the County Attorney.
The good news for voters is there is a quality alternative independent, conservative Republican Robert Talton, who will clean out the County Attorney's office from day one.
Another Example Of Major Media's Ignoring Of Obama's Radicalism - The O Flag
Thanks to Gary Bauer at the Campaign for Working Families:
"Barack Obama's arrogance on naked display again. This time he has taken the American flag and turned it into a campaign logo by replacing the 50 stars with the 'O' symbol that was so popular in 2008…. Can you imagine any previous president daring to turn the flag into a campaign symbol honoring himself? His arrogance couldn't be more obvious! The stars represent the 50 states -- the American people."
"But in Obama's bizarre world, it's all about him! Not that this should really surprise anyone. Under Obama, we've seen a dramatic expansion of federal power at the expense of the states and individual liberty. He's using Obamacare to force men and women of faith to choose between their values and their business.
"Obama is deciding what laws to enforce and which ones to ignore (immigration and welfare reform). Obama is even deciding what the definition of marriage is! Before he is finished, we won't recognize our country or our flag."

Is November A Plebiscite On The American Revolution?
Conservative radio host and friend Dennis Prager back in May observed the above thought and we at TCR waited to see if he was correct.
After five months he is! So here are Dennis' pertinent comments about the fundamental choices we face in November:
"Americans will not only be voting for a president (and a House and a third of the Senate). They will be participating in a plebiscite on the definition of America."
"If Americans re-elect the Democrat, Barack Obama, they will have announced that America should be like Western European countries -- governed by left-wing values. Americans will have decided that America's value system -- "Liberty," "In God We Trust," "E Pluribus Unum" -- should be replaced.
"The election in November is therefore a plebiscite on the American Revolution. The usual description of presidential elections -- "the most important in our lifetime" -- is true this time. In fact, it may be the most important election since the Civil War, and possibly since America's founding.
"The left knows what is at stake. And the most left-wing president in American history knows what is at stake. Candidate Obama announced shortly before the 2008 election, "We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America.
"He described the left's aim perfectly: to fundamentally transform America. It seeks to replace Liberty, In God We Trust, and E Pluribus Unum.
"That is what "fundamentally transform" means. In fact, those words are proof that American values and leftist values are fundamentally opposed to one another.
"The right, on the other hand, seeks to maintain America's values. Conservatives want to improve America, but, as its name implies, conservatism seeks to conserve, not transform.
"Liberty" means, first and foremost, limited government -- because bigger government means less individual liberty. "In God We Trust" means that America must be rooted in Creator-based values. There are no inalienable rights if no rights derive from God. And "E Pluribus Unum" means the assumption of an American identity by all citizens regardless of their racial, ethnic or national background.
"The left seeks to replace Liberty with Equality. Material inequality is the great evil, and if individual liberty needs to be sacrificed to attain equality, so be it.
"Creator-based values are to be replaced by government-based values. "God-fearing" is to be replaced by "State-fearing." God must be removed from schools and wherever else the left can succeed in doing so.
"E Pluribus Unum" is to be replaced by multiculturalism. For leftism, the very words "American identity" conjure up chauvinism, if not fascism.
"For these reasons, this election is not just a choice between a Democrat and a Republican. It is between Americanism and leftism... .
"The conflict between Americanism and leftism is between ideas, not between decent and indecent people. But it is an unfortunate fact of life that decent people can believe in bad ideas. If this were not so, few of the greatest evils would ever have occurred... .
"The left's desire to transform America is the biggest issue (in this election). Barack Obama is to be opposed because he is a man of the left.
"Mitt Romney and the entire Republican Party need to describe this election as the plebiscite on America that it is. The most urgent task in American life is to make clear, and then repeat as often as possible: leftist values and American values are in conflict.
"Instead of asking, "Are you better off than you were three years ago?" Every Republican needs to ask, every day, "Do you want to fundamentally transform America?" If they do, Barack Obama is their man. If they don't, Mitt Romney is."
